About Tommy's Waggle Wear

One small shop, one dog with opinions.

Tommy’s Waggle Wear began with a dog who would not wear anything from the pet shop.

Beau is a small dog with a long back and firm views. The coats on the shelf were either too short in the body or too stiff to walk in, and after the third one came home and went straight back, Tom Leeds went looking for clothes worth keeping.

That is still the whole idea. The shop carries a short, carefully chosen range in cloth that feels good on a dog — pieces worth keeping, for the small ones only. Nothing that itches, nothing that pinches, nothing that ends up in the bottom of a drawer.

Sizing is straightforward. There are five sizes, XXS through L, and the chart on the sizing page sets out every one of them. If your dog lands between two sizes, Tom will tell you which one to take.

The shop is run by Tom, in person. He answers the messages, he knows every piece on the site, and he will happily help you pick a size before you spend anything.

What the shop stands on

Fewer, better pieces

A short, carefully chosen range in real cloth, rather than a warehouse of the same thing in six colors.

Comfortable enough to forget

A dog will not wear anything that itches, pinches or drags. Everything here is soft, quiet cloth that moves with the dog.

Chosen one piece at a time

Every piece in the shop is here because Tom would put it on a small dog, not because it filled a shelf.
